When going into a meeting with a client, you should always be prepared. You should have whatever information you need to tell them, maybe even a presentation to show them certain facts if it’s better explained in a visual form. You should also be prepared by having anything to help you in the meeting, such as a pen and notebook to take notes on what their ideas are so you can relate them back to your team.
